Cracks Don't Stay Cosmetic. They Go Structural.

Left alone, a crack becomes a structural problem and a remediation bill. Our concrete repair mortars, crack injection resins, joint sealing systems, and structural adhesives are built to restore integrity to the asset, not patch the surface and hope.

Restore The Asset, Don't Just Patch It.

Concrete deterioration is progressive. Carbonation, chloride attack, and reinforcement corrosion don’t stop on their own they accelerate. A cosmetic patch over an active problem buys a few months and hides the damage while it spreads underneath.

Proper structural repair addresses the mechanism, not the symptom: passivate the steel, reinstate the section with a compatible mortar, and protect against re-ingress. That’s an engineering exercise, and it starts with the right system specified before the first chip of concrete comes off.

Four Systems.
One Point Of Accountability.

Each addresses a different failure mechanism. We match the system to the defect after diagnosing what’s actually causing it.

Concrete Repair Mortars

Polymer-modified cementitious mortars for reinstating spalled and delaminated concrete. Hand-applied and sprayed systems, with corrosion-inhibiting primers to passivate exposed reinforcement before the section is rebuilt.

Crack Repair Systems

Low-viscosity epoxy and polyurethane injection resins for structural crack repair and water-stopping. We match the resin to the crack: rigid epoxy to reinstate structural continuity, flexible PU where movement continues.

Joint Systems

Movement, expansion, and construction joint systems that accommodate structural movement while keeping water and debris out. Waterbars, joint sealants, and cover systems specified for the joint’s actual movement range.

Sealants & Adhesives

Structural adhesives, anchoring systems, and elastomeric sealants for bonding, fixing, and sealing. Epoxy anchors and rebar dowelling systems, plus polyurethane and silicone sealants matched to substrate and exposure.

Where We Work

From harbour walls under chloride attack to parking decks and ageing structures, we specify repair systems for the environment and the failure mechanism not off a generic datasheet.

Marine & Coastal Structures

Harbour walls, jetties, and sea defences under chloride attack repair with corrosion inhibition and re-ingress protection.

Parking Structures

Deck repair, joint replacement, and crack injection for multi-storey parking under constant load and water exposure.

Bridges & Infrastructure

Structural repair mortars and injection systems for bridge decks, abutments, and civil infrastructure.

Water-Retaining Structures

Reservoirs, tanks, and treatment works crack sealing and repair systems certified for water contact.

Commercial & Industrial

Structural repair and joint systems for factories, warehouses, and commercial buildings under heavy use.

Heritage & Refurbishment

Sympathetic repair of ageing concrete stock extending service life without a full rebuild.

Diagnose First. Then Specify.

Structural repair goes wrong when the system is chosen before the cause is understood. Our technical team diagnoses the failure mechanism carbonation, chloride, movement, or overload and specifies a repair that addresses it, with full documentation for engineer sign-off.

For critical structural repairs, we provide on-site engineering support condition assessment, method statements, and representation during the works.

Common Questions About Building Repair

How do I know if a crack is structural or cosmetic?

Width, pattern, and whether it’s moving all matter but the only reliable answer comes from assessment. Cracks that follow reinforcement, show rust staining, or change over time are warning signs. Our technical team assesses the crack and the likely cause before recommending an injection or repair system, so you’re treating the mechanism, not the symptom.

Yes for structural repair, diagnosis comes first. Reinstating a section without addressing the underlying corrosion or movement just relocates the failure. We assess the condition, identify the failure mechanism, and specify an EN 1504-compliant system that addresses the cause. For critical structures we recommend on-site condition assessment before any works.

It depends on whether the crack is still moving. Rigid epoxy reinstates structural continuity in dormant cracks it effectively welds the concrete back together. Flexible polyurethane is used where movement continues or where water-stopping is the priority. Injecting epoxy into a live crack just cracks it again alongside the repair. We match the resin to the crack’s behaviour.

We supply accredited repair systems and technical specification to contractors, specialist applicators, developers, and engineers. We’re a project-scale supplier with technical support, not a repair contractor. Where you need an applicator, we’ll connect you with an accredited one in our network who buys the specified system from us.
Yes. Our concrete repair and protection systems comply with EN 1504, the European standard for the repair and protection of concrete structures. We supply the compliance documentation and product data with every specification, so your engineer has what they need for sign-off.

Restore It Right The First Time.

Tell us the structure, the defect, and the conditions. We’ll diagnose the mechanism and return an EN 1504-compliant repair specification with submittals, quantities, and pricing.
